With the awesome Drag Me to Hell hitting DVD and Blu-ray yesterday, I've had the brilliant if somewhat inconsistent (Spider-Man 3 anyone?) Sam Raimi on my mind. Plus, it's October, so why not talk about a director known for his campy flair within the horror genre? So what's your favorite film from Sam Raimi?
(POLL RESULTS: Last week we talked about Batman villains we'd like to see in Christopher Nolan's third Batman movie. Apparently people are most anxious to see Poison Ivy, who won with 33% of the vote. The Riddler and Harley Quinn were next with 20% each. 13% voted "Other", specifically mentioning Black Mask and Deadshot. The Penguin and Killer Croc each took 6%, while Catwoman and Clayface were completely ignored.)Thanks again for voting everyone. Let's hear your thoughts on Raimi's films in the poll and in the comments section!

I didn't get a chance to participate in your poll but I would have probably gone for Catwoman, only if she was done right. And by that I mean the look, the Halle Berry version was atrocious and even Catwoman is Batman Returns was quite off. I'd like to see a Catwoman modeled after the 1990's comic series Catwoman, that was the best version.
More than likely it will be the Riddler (I've been hearing Robin Williams as of late, my personal choice would be Crispin Glover), I don't see Poison Ivy happening because I don't think it could be done and keep the films realism, it worked on the campy Batman & Robin but that's because it was campy.
